Terms & conditions.
The ground rules for using axshul.site, its writing and its tools.
These terms
By using axshul.site (the "site") you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Anshul Namdev, an individual based in India. If you do not agree with something here, the remedy is simple: please do not use the site. Questions go to sales@axshul.site.
What the site is
The site is a personal portfolio and a collection of writing and small tools about software engineering and workflow automation, in particular the n8n platform. It is an independent, personal project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by n8n GmbH; n8n is a trademark of n8n GmbH and is referred to here only to describe what the content is about. Community roles mentioned on the site (moderator, contributor, challenge organiser) describe volunteer activity on the public n8n community forum, not employment.
Content and accuracy
Guides, comparisons, prices, model lists and opinions are provided for general information. They reflect our understanding at the time of writing, which is dated on each article. Software, pricing and provider catalogues change quickly, so verify anything you rely on against the primary source before acting on it, and treat any statement about third-party products as our reading of their public documentation, not as a guarantee.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice, and nothing creates a client relationship. Consulting or contract work only begins under a separate written agreement.
Your use of the site
You may read, link to and share the site freely. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or the automation server behind the contact form; send spam, abusive, unlawful or automated submissions through the contact form; scrape the site in a way that burdens it; or use it to distribute malware or infringing material.
Contact form
The contact form exists so people can get in touch about work, collaboration or the content. Anything you send should be your own and lawful to share. We may reply, decline to reply, or keep the message for reference as described in the privacy policy. Sending a message does not oblige us to respond or to take on any work.
Technical note you are agreeing to. The form submits your name, email address and message as an HTTP GET request over HTTPS, which means those three values are carried in the request URL and are written to our automation server’s access log. The connection is encrypted in transit. By using the form you accept that method of transmission. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, government identifiers or any other confidential information through it; the privacy policy explains exactly what this involves and how to reach us securely instead.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, design and code of the site are copyright Anshul Namdev. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Code snippets inside the guides may be copied and adapted freely in your own projects. The site's own source is published on GitHub under the licence in that repository. Photographs of the author and of community events remain his property and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Tools and experiments
The tools on the site (Nexus, Notes, the H4CK3R Terminal, Galaxy, Seek and anything similar added later) are personal experiments offered as is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or disappear without notice. Data you create in them stays in your own browser or URL, as described in the privacy policy, and we cannot recover it for you.
Links to other sites
The site links to GitHub, LinkedIn, X, Qixazow, the n8n community forum, n8n documentation and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
